Refer a Patient
We accept referrals from GPs and consultants for the full range of cardiac, respiratory and sleep diagnostics listed on our Tests page. All studies are reported by a consultant, and reports are returned promptly to the referrer.
Refer online (fastest): complete our secure online referral form. Or by email: download our referral form and email the completed form to referrals@londonheartlungclinic.com from your practice email address.
Please include the patient’s details, the tests required and the clinical question. We will contact the patient directly to arrange the appointment and return the report to you when complete.
